My Story

Hi! I am Jessi Miller and I am excited you are checking out this school. Here’s a little about me…

I grew up in Buffalo, Wyoming with my parents, brothers and my sister. Horses have always been a large part of my life and can’t imagine a time when I wasn’t consumed with them. Some of my favorite memories as a child are checking cows in the mountains with my grandpa and playing Indians while stampeding around bareback.

After rodeoing through high school, college and professionally, a serious injury changed my life with horses. My physical ability to ride was almost nonexistent, as well as my confidence. I was seriously considering my life without horses when Kim had her first clinic for AIT. I knew halfway through the first day what I wanted to do with my life. Now, years later, I am riding almost every day again and more importantly, enjoying it.

Since then, I have become a Certified Equine Bodyworker from the School of Applied Integrative Therapy, a NBCAAM Certified Equine Bodyworker and an Equi-Tape Certified Practitioner (Kinesiology Taping). I am forever taking courses and clinics and furthering my education.

My husband Beau and I live in Gillette, Wyoming with our two sons, Chase and Colby. Between our busy welding business, my thriving equine practice, roping, riding, football,
kayaking and anything else that will get us outdoors, we rarely slow down and love every second of it.

I am so honored to be a part of this school. Its unique combination of science, as well as energetic and emotional healing is not something you will find elsewhere. My personal journey as a student here has been incredible. Now, helping new students navigate through this course and witness it all come together for them at our intensives, has been life changing! As my friend and mentor, Kim, would say….”It’s MAGIC!”

I am thrilled to share my passion and knowledge about horses and their overall wellbeing and sincerely look forward to taking this ride with you!
